How long does the sale last? Limited Time

Our sales are limited-time only and won't be repeated at the same discount. Once the sale ends, prices go back to full retail. We recommend shopping now to lock in the best price — items in high demand tend to sell out before the sale even ends.

Will these items be restocked after they sell out?

We work with limited production runs to maintain quality and exclusivity. Once a style or size sells out, there's no guarantee it will return. If you've had your eye on something, we'd suggest not waiting too long.

Can I combine the sale with other discounts?

Our sale prices already reflect the deepest discount we offer — up to 55% off retail. Because of this, sale items cannot be combined with additional promo codes. What you see is truly the best deal available.

Is it safe to order from DRESSY?

Absolutely. Your payment is processed through Shopify's secure checkout, which is trusted by millions of stores worldwide. We support all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — all protected by SSL encryption. Your personal information is never shared with third parties.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your order. If something doesn't work out, you can return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Simply reach out to our support team to start your return.

What size should I order?

Every product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in both cm and inches. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit. Still unsure? Send us a message with your measurements and we'll personally recommend your best size.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to get them to you fast. If you need to make changes, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate. After that window, orders may already be in fulfillment.

How long does shipping take?

We ship to the US with standard delivery in 7–12 business days. Tracking is included with every order so you always know where your package is. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $99. For orders under that amount, a flat shipping rate applies at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. You can also check your order status anytime by contacting our support team.
