We currently ship within the United States. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. DRESSY is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

We want you to love your DRESSY purchase. If something doesn't work out, you can return it under the following conditions:

  • You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all labels and tags still attached.
  • Trying on is permitted; wearing is not.
  • Returning products that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intention to (partially) return is not permitted.
How to Return an Item
  1. Email us at hello@dressyessentials.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
  2. We will provide you with the return address of our international supplier.
  3. Ship the item back at your own expense. Please note that return costs can range between $25 and $40, which includes return shipping, administrative handling, damage inspection, and processing of the original packaging (if returned). Any customs duties, taxes, or additional shipping costs are also the customer's responsibility.
  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.

Once the item has been received at the return address and the condition of the product has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or product, please return your item and place a new order.

  • We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking indicates that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
  • If an incorrect address has been provided, this is the customer's responsibility.
  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
